By accessing and using the Bloom platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.
Bloom is strictly a technological infrastructure and software as a service (SaaS). Bloom does not provide medical, psychological, diagnostic, or treatment advice. All generated clinical instruments, scores, and reports must be interpreted exclusively by a qualified healthcare professional. Clinical responsibility lies entirely with the performing healthcare professional.
The Bloom platform incorporates generative and analytical Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to act as a clinical "co-pilot". No Bloom AI model makes automated decisions (Art. 22 GDPR) or produces final diagnoses. The healthcare professional is required to review, double-check, and validate all AI-generated outputs before using them in their clinical practice.
Users can create and share clinical instruments in the "Global Library". By submitting content, the user declares they hold the copyright or legal permission to share it. Bloom operates under the Safe Harbor principle (DMCA). If you identify a copyright infringement, please contact legal@bloom.uxwise.eu immediately for content removal (Takedown Procedure).
Any dispute or claim arising from the use of Bloom will be resolved exclusively through binding and confidential arbitration, with the user waiving the right to go to court or participate in class actions.
